Park City Remodel

Comprehensive lower-level remodel of a spacious Utah Craftsman. Drawing from Scandinavian, farmhouse, and mid-century modern styles, the space balances a cozy atmosphere with an airy, open feel. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the backyard views, while a strategic level change conceals utilities and carves out a sunken living room. A massive center island anchors the layout, doubling as a gathering hub and cleverly masking two existing columns. To complete the look, vintage furniture mixed with local artisanal pieces creates a curated, global aesthetic inspired by the owners' extensive travels.
