CLT Clubhouse
Design and permitting of a modular mass-timber clubhouse designed to engage the surrounding landscape and be flat-packed for construction. The space is imagined as a ‘third place’ for residents of Katerra’s new multi-family developments, where the clubhouse can be flexibly deployed across the country in record-time, and utilize local materials, plantings, and art to help create a specific sense of place at each site.
